Précision sur_l'état :	Oeuvre restaurée en 2013 par Philippe Langot, Florence Harvengt et Benoît Jacob de l'atelier LP Conservation.
Précision_sur la representation :	La Vierge tient le Christ sur ses genoux, elle ales mains jointes. De part et d'autre de ce groupe sculpté se place les donateurs. La donatrice se présente sous les traits de sainte Madeleine. Elle a la main gauche sur le coeur tandis que la main droite tient une petite boîte. Elle est agenouillée, la tête bien en arrière pour regarder le chagrin de la Vierge. Le donateur, agenouillé, semblait tenir dans ses mains, aujourd'hui disparues, une coupelle en signe d'offrande. Lui-aussi a la tête très en arrière.
