Historique :	Statue en plâtre de sainte Reine réalisée en 1878 par Jean Dampt (1858-1945). Elle doit être rapprochée de la statue en pierre commandée en 1875 par la comtesse de Nansouty pour le parc de sa propriété de Grignon (Côte-d'Or), près du lieu où la sainte aurait été captive. Le sculpteur renoue, à travers le renouveau du culte, avec la tradition gauloise et héroïque de la région, dans la lignée de la statue de Vercingétorix ; la figure de sainte Reine, après la défaite de 1870, rejoint aussi celle de Jeanne d'Arc dans sa représentation.
